The Genomics Core Leuven collaborates with the Flemish Supercomputer Centre (VSC) for the development and deployment of new technologies for the analysis of NGS data. In addition, in joint venture with the VSC, the Genomics Core organizes regularly workshops and training events to support our users on the use of supercomputers.
